It’s WARM Again, yay! So let’s have some fun in the sun for our last ICF event this year! Talking about the ICF Senior Send Off Picnic (end of the year partay) where there’s going to be awesome food and an awesome time of fellowship, awesome. Also it’s a chance to say bye to the people who are leaving campus after this year AND a special treat, some of them will be sharing their testimonies. You don’t want to miss this!

Open Mic Night, Sunday @ 7:30pm

Open Mic Night is a time to take a break in the semester and use our talents and abilities to glorify our God as a fellowship.  It will be a fun night of worship, skits, songs and other forms of praise to God.

Got Talent? Don’t Have Talent? Do something for ICF Open Mic Night =)

Hello all! Our annual Open Mic Night is coming up, so clear your calendars and start preparing!

Here’s a little bit about Open Mic Night..

Purpose: To use your talents and abilities to glorify our God.
What can I do?: Almost anything! Sing, dance, act, display artwork, recite poetry…use your imagination!
Are the acts screened?: Yes, please email icf.uiuc@gmail.com by March 2nd with a rough idea of what you will be performing. You will then be contacted to set up a time to go over your act.

Upper Room-SATURDAY February 16

Hey Everyone!
Our first Upper Room for the semester is coming up, NOTE THE DATE CHANGE, IT WILL BE on SATURDAY not Sunday!!   It’ll be a special Valentine’s Day Weekend themed Upper Room, so get excited! =) There’s always something to learn about God and each other so come out and fellowship with ICF. Superbowl Sunday is just around the corner as the Patriots and Giants get ready to see who brings home this year’s win and we were thinking, what a better way to celebrate this occasion that with our ICF Family!  And, if watching the game seems like something you can do in your own home, what if it was watched through an LCD PROJECTOR PROVIDING THE BEST VIEWING ABILITY IN THE CHAMPAIGN-URBANA AREA!! And if that isn’t enough,we’ll have FOOD, fun and the NINTENDO WII to entertain us during halftime and on the side–HOW DOES A WII BOXING TOURNAMENT SOUND!!!  COME ONE, COME ALL! =)

ICF Winter Retreat

Hello Everyone!

Welcome back to school. Hope you’re all starting off this semester strong. As we mentioned at the Christmas Party last semester, we’re kicking off the semester with the annual ICF WINTER RETREAT! It’ll be a good time to see each other, learn more about God and take a break before school begins to take over. We will have a special guest speaker Bobby Oommen, who is a UIUC and ICF alumn who will be coming with his wife (also an alumn) and baby. It’ll be a great experience to listen to the ways God worked in Bobby’s life while he was on campus as he talks with us and another opportunity to reconnect with our fig groups during the retreat.

Here are the details:

WHEN: SATURDAY, JAN 26 from 9:30 AM till 4:30 PM

WHERE: Twin City Bible Church, Corner of Lincoln and Michigan. (TCBC on 806 West Michigan Ave. Urbana)
